Delete your account

You can delete your Motivate Mountain account from the app. Export anything you want to keep first.

  1. 1Open Motivate Mountain.
  2. 2Open Settings.
  3. 3Go to Account.
  4. 4Choose Delete Account.
  5. 5Confirm deletion.

What deletion does

Account deletion removes your Motivate Mountain account, cloud backups, and application account data, and redacts account-linked audit information. It does not instantly erase every copy a service provider may keep in its own backups, and it does not delete Apple purchase records. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Export first

Users should export any backup they wish to keep before deletion. See backup instructions.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Deleting your Motivate Mountain account also does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel through Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot open Settings in the app, contact support with the topic “Privacy or account deletion” and explain which Apple identity or email the account uses. Do not send passwords.
