Billing is handled by Apple
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Motivate Mountain does not collect or store full payment-card details. Subscription entitlement is managed through Apple and RevenueCat.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple subscription help.
Restore purchases
- 1Sign into the same Motivate Mountain account.
- 2Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
- 3Open Settings.
- 4Tap Restore Mountain Pro or Restore Purchases.
Allow a short period for Apple to verify the receipt.
Founder access
Founder access is promotional account access, not an App Store purchase. It is not currently offered as a product you can buy on this site. If your account includes Founder access, it restores after you sign into the same Motivate Mountain account. Restoring Apple purchases is not the recovery path for Founder access.
