Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Motivate Mountain, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple’s standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract and meet Apple’s age requirements for the App Store in your region. The app is intended for adults.

App purpose and no medical advice

Motivate Mountain provides motivational quotes, affirmations, journaling, mood notes, goals, and a visual mountain journey. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. It does not treat, cure, or prevent any mental-health condition.

Accounts and account security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping Sign in with Apple or email credentials under your control. Sign in with the same identity when you restore on a new device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or related services
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or non-public systems
• Use the app for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload malware or automated traffic that harms the service

Community behavior

If you use community features, be respectful. Do not post hateful, sexual, threatening, or otherwise harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Mountain Pro is offered as a Monthly subscription and an Annual subscription. Both are auto-renewing App Store subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. We do not advertise Lifetime access as a public product.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Motivate Mountain cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. Guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428

Promotional Founder access

Founder access is promotional account access, not an App Store purchase. It restores by signing into the same Motivate Mountain account. It is not currently offered for purchase on this website. Restoring Apple purchases is not the recovery path for Founder access.

User content

You retain rights in journal entries, goals, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the app features you use, including backup export and community features you choose.

Intellectual property

The Motivate Mountain name, icon, design, quotes compilation, and app software are owned by the operator of Motivate Mountain or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights.

Disclaimers

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, complete backup of every data type, or particular outcomes from using motivational content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Motivate Mountain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Some regions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we must do so to protect users or the service. Apple subscriptions remain governed by Apple until you cancel them.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue to use the app after a change, you should review the new Terms.

Governing law

Governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution procedures will be specified by the operator of Motivate Mountain in an updated version of these Terms after legal review. Until then, mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply.
